1: the food of the gods.

If I am ever asked to prepare a meal fit for the gods, this is what I would like to put forth. A truly South African dish I’ve been able to enjoy since a was a young boy, Bobotie.

Even though I am now living thousands of kilometres away from home, I am still able to reminisce of many a night around the dinner table with my family, as this is part of the menu we serve to guests every week.
